Are your tests of the same quality as the ones being sold in the pharmacies?
Our tests are in fact sold in pharmacies too and are of the same high quality. The reason we can sell the tests so much cheaper is that we source the tests directly from the producers without any third party involved. In addition we also have very limited fixed costs as we operate via webshops.
How are the tests sent to me? I do not want the post man to know what the parcel contains.
Our products are sent in discreet white buble envelopes. Sender is the company name E-Invasion so the content of the envelope is not revealed in any way.
I have paid my order in advance but have still not received the order.
Advance payment always takes a little more time. Usually it would take 1 day to transfer the money into our account. Have you transferred the money after 6 o'clock in the evening, we will only get the payment two days later. When we have registered your payment you will receive an email notification. If you have not received an email from us 3 days after, we kindly ask you to contact us.
There is no control line when I take one of the Wondfo tests - does that mean that the test does not work?
The control line shows if the test has got enough urine and thus if the test has been carried out correctly. If you see no control line it is most probably because the test did not get enough urine. Our wondfo tests always have to be in contact with urine for at least 3 seconds.
Who owns BabyPlan.co.uk?
BabyPlan.co.uk is owned by E-Invasion and has been active within the business for many years. We are approved by the National Danish Health Authorities to distribute prescription free medicine over the internet. The day-to-day customer service is carried out by Michael, Elias, Kristin, Nanna and Ane who all have good thorough product knowledge about invitro diagnostics tests and the advanced councelling required for these products - including the sometimes rather complicated legislation concerning the products.
I am pregnant and I do not need my tests any more - how can I return them?
Send back the tests to our address. Preferably in the same envelope which you received. Please remember to include your invoice or a copy of it as well as your bank account nummer. We will then see to it that you get your money back as swiftly as possible.
What does it mean the tests are CE marked?
The CE mark implies that the tests live up to a number of requirements by the EU. The tests need to be CE marked to be distributed legally within the EU and a number of countries within the EES agreement (Norway, Schwitzerland and others).
As a consumer it is not only important that the test is CE marked but also that it is approved for home use. Some tests are only CE marked for professional use and these tests do not have to live up to the same strict demands as the ones for home use. The tests we sell are approved for both home use and professional use.
How can I be sure that the tests sold by BabyPlan.co.uk are in fact CE marked?
You can see our certificates here:
CE certificate – PregnancyTest
CE certificate - OvulationTest
The certificates are made by an independent organization which on the order of EU controls the quality of medical equipent - in this case for home use tests.
What does it mean that the tests are FDA approved?
FDA is the abbreviation for the American Food and Drug Administration. The FDA has some of the world's toughest demands when it comes to quality and security and to be able to sell the tests in the USA they need to be FDA approved. Our Wondfo tests are FDA approved as well.
It is freezing outside and the tests have been in our postbox for 8 hours - Can the cold have damaged the tests?
Both Wondfo- and Clearblue tests can endure temperatures down to minus 20 degrees Celcius up to 3 weeks without the tests being damaged. |
