Postage and packaging charges
We offer FREE delivery to addresses in the UK if you purchase products for £12 or more. For orders under £12 and for deliveries to other European countries, a delivery fee of £2 is charged.
Discretion
Your delivery will have ”E-Invasion A/S” as the sender and if you choose to pay with a charge card, E-Invasion will be stated as the payment recipient on your account statement.

If you choose to pay for your products in advance, you need to transfer the total amount to our transfer service in the UK.
Remember to state your order number as a reference! (the order number is on your order confirmation) Otherwise we can not see who has transferred the amount which will delay the time it takes for you to receive your order. Be aware of the fact that bank transfers normally take at least one business day.

Order confirmation
All orders are confirmed automatically (by email) and you will receive an email as soon as possible should there be a problem with the delivery (such as a shortage in storage) which is a very rare occurrence.
Returning Rights
You always have 21 days of returning rights and exchanging goods. If you have purchased products in a package, the products need to be returned still in an unopened package. The cost for sending the products back are the customer’s responsibility. In return, we pay for the transportation if you should wish to have another item instead.
If you choose to send the items back to us, we ask you to please also include the order confirmation, or a copy thereof. If you have paid using a credit card, we will transfer the amount to your account. If you on the other hand, have transferred money, we ask you to please include any information about your bank, clearing number (4 figures) and your account number (up to 10 figures), and you will receive the amount to your account within a period of approximately 5 business days.
Complaints
In accordance with consumer purchasing laws, our clients have 3 years of rights to make a complaint about products.
